Mindfulness Techniques For Better Sleep
TRANQUILITY TIME Practice conscious breathing exercise. Alternate nostril breathing is very beneficial to bring balance to a busy day. Consider Conscious breath focus for 5 minutes at a time. Choose good sleep hygiene. Maintain regular bedtimes, turning off all screens 30 minutes before bedtime. Practice Ayurvedic self-massage; at least three times per week with a warm sesame oil.
