Service Description
This plan is designed to manage, prevent and reverse disease and health issues through nutrition and supplements if needed. Includes: - An intake form analysis - Health program report with a written explanation to start the journey. - A 1 hour initial session and a 3 x 45min supporting sessions (sessions can be virtual or in-person upon demand) Additional 45 min follow up sessions available for $170 each session. Service covered by most health insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hours cancellation policy apply for all private coaching sessions, which are all one to one customized sessions. If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenme.com or leave a message at 1- 289-837-4566. Late cancelation fee of $50 applies for missing appointment. To re-schedule: please contact the studio by email or re-schedule your session online 48 hours before the due date.
