Cancellation Policy

A 48 hours cancellation policy apply for all private coaching sessions, which are all one to one customized sessions. If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenme.com or leave a message at 1- 289-837-4566. Late cancelation fee of $50 applies for missing appointment. To re-schedule: please contact the studio by email or re-schedule your session online 48 hours before the due date.
