Join us for a transformative three-part workshop series dedicated to the power of writing and how you can use it as a tool for greater self-connection and healing.

In a world where external influences often dictate our sense of self, these workshops offer a sanctuary—a safe space to explore and honor the voice within. Through the practice of writing, we'll unveil the layers of our being, uncovering truths, insights, and clear pathways to our desired life.

At the heart of this series is the profound understanding that our relationship to self sets the tone for every aspect of our lives. Through introspective writing exercises, guided meditations and practices, we'll dive into the depths of our inner world, nurturing a space of kindness, authenticity, and understanding.

Together, we'll cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, fostering resilience, compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose in our daily lives.

What to Expect at these workshops:

  • Guided writing practices: Exploring the depths of your being through structured writing exercises designed to help set the foundation to your own writing practice.
  • Guided meditations: The essential practice of quieting the external noise to turn our attention inward for greater clarity, understanding, and presence.
  • Mindfulness techniques: Learn tools to cultivate presence and awareness, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings.
  • Herbal tea ceremony: Presence yourself with the energetics of herbs specially selected for each workshop topic.
  • Community connection: Share in the collective wisdom and support of like-minded individuals on a similar path of self-connection and healing.

Each workshop will feature guided meditations, guided writing practices, mindfulness techniques, an herbal tea ceremony, and community connection. They will also each center around their own unique topic. Read more about each week below:

Week 1 Nurturing your inner voice

June 9 10am-12pm

In the first week we will begin by laying the groundwork for your journal practice. This session will be a sanctuary for nurturing your inner voice. Through gentle guidance, you'll learn techniques for creating a safe and welcoming space within yourself. Embracing self-compassion, you'll learn to navigate the complexities of your inner landscape, learning to quiet the external noise and tune into your deepest truths. Radical acceptance will be our guiding principle as we explore and honor our emotions, thoughts, and experiences with kindness and authenticity.

Week 2 Nurturing your inner creativity and intuition

June 23 10am-12pm

In the second week, we'll dive into the realms of creativity and intuition, allowing our hearts to lead the way. Connecting with the natural world, we'll embark on a soul-nourishing nature walk (rain or shine) to awaken our senses and inspire our creative flow. Through immersive experiences and reflective exercises, we'll explore ways to channel our inner wisdom into poetic writing. By tapping into our intuition, we'll uncover hidden insights and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Week 3 Creating your desired life

July 7 10am-12pm

In week 3, we'll harness the power of our journal practice to manifest our desired lives. This final session will be a celebration of our growth and transformation. Drawing upon the wisdom gained throughout the series, we'll explore practical strategies for aligning our thoughts, intentions, and actions with our deepest aspirations. Through guided exercises and collaborative discussions, we'll co-create a roadmap for realizing our dreams and stepping into our fullest potential. With clarity, purpose, and unwavering belief in ourselves, we'll embark on the next chapter of our journey with renewed confidence and determination.

Meet Your Facilitator:

Bridget Francis is a community herbalist and passionate advocate for mental and emotional well-being. With a background in holistic nutrition, herbalism, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide you on this journey back to yourself.  

Joining as a co-facilitator alongside Bridget for Week 2 is January Soden. January is a published author, yoga teacher, artist and nature enthusiast. She is passionate about assisting others in living their most optimal, present & inspired life through her writing which explores the deep, intricate connection of Human Nature & Mother Nature.
