Service Description

This restorative meditation is practiced lying down in complete stillness. You’ll be gently guided into the hypnagogic state — the space between wakefulness and sleep — allowing the body to deeply restore while the nervous system softens. Your awareness moves through bodily sensations, the breath, emotional landscape, inner space, and gentle visualization, helping release tension and quiet the mind. This practice promotes deeper, more restful sleep and leaves you with a profound sense of relaxation, calm, and renewal.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for classes, so if you know you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenstudio.com or call 289-837-4566, 24 hours before your session. Otherwise full booking fee session is charged. All Meditation sessions are final sale. To re-schedule: log in to your account and re-schedule your session 24 hours before the session stars.
