About the event
Our sound healing sessions combine ancient practices with modern techniques to provide you with a truly therapeutic experience leaving you with a feeling of renewal and tranformation.
During this sound ceremony, you’ll be gently guided into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal and/or Tibetan singing bowls. As the sounds wash over you, you may feel a sense of grounding, warmth, or gentle waves moving through the body, helping to release stored tension and quiet the mind. Many experience moments of stillness, emotional release, or vivid inner imagery as the nervous system shifts into a state of rest and balance.
After the ceremony, you’ll likely feel lighter, calmer, and more centered—often with a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and emotional ease. The effects can continue for hours or even days, supporting better sleep, reduced stress, and a deeper connection to yourself.
