Eat light and healthy the night before, no alcohol or recreational drugs within 24 hours prior to the course.

           Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a notebook, a bottle of water, & yoga mat.

• Nutritional Break : The Workshop includes a 45 minutes break to a nutritional break. Bring your own light  lunch to take during the 45 minute break. Alternatively you can also buy a light lunch in the neighborhood.

Claudia Medina, founder of Utter Love by Claudia, is a Master USUI & Holy Fire Reiki and Karuna Practitioner. Trained initially as a political scientist, Claudia has developed a unique sensitivity towards people, leading her to diverse support programs focusing on human sensitivity. Through this journey, she recognized the importance of spiritual exploration beyond physical concerns.
