  • Herbal Tea Ritual: Enjoy some calming herbal tea as part of our ritual, creating a sensory experience that promotes relaxation and presence.

Meet Your Facilitator: Bridget Francis is a community herbalist and passionate advocate for mental and emotional well-being. Her mission is simple: to help you rediscover your true self and guide you towards a path of wholeness. Bridget is here to offer guidance and support, providing you with the tools you need to navigate life's challenges with ease. With a background in Holistic Nutrition, Herbalism, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Bridget offers a holistic approach to wellness that acknowledges all aspects of the human experience. At the heart of her philosophy lies a belief in the mind-body connection. By addressing the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of your health, Bridget helps you make profound shifts and foster healing on every level of your being.
