About the event
Emotions are a natural part of the human experience, yet navigating them in healthy ways can be a challenge. Join us on May 27th, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, for our workshop, "Cultivating Emotional Resilience with Herbs." Led by Bridget Francis, a community herbalist, and advocate for mental and emotional well-being, this session is dedicated to guiding you through various approaches to processing emotions mindfully with the support of our plant companions.
During our time together, we'll delve into the function of the liver in assisting us with processing and releasing the energetics of emotions as they arise, with a focus on the transformative mindful practice of Allow, Let Go, Flow. Through mindful practices and the wisdom of plants, you'll gain valuable insights into building emotional resilience and finding greater balance in your life.
