Sacred Breathwork is experiential journey inwards re-balancing your nervous system reconnecting you to your intuition utilizing Sound, Breath and Movement. This session is a nourishing journey set in safe intentional container that is nervous system led, polyvagal and trauma informed led by Jess from Breathe Into Balance.
Join us for our monthly Sacred Breathwork Sessions we as we embark on an inner journey, exploring ourselves with curiosity and compassion inviting in self-love and acceptance. Unleash transformation, find your center and your authentic self - all through the breath.
Sacred Breathwork is an alternative and holistic nervous system-led therapeutic path of breathwork filled with compassion and healing designed to elevate your vibration. In this multi-dimensional experience of sound, breath and movement, we will deeply explore the potent benefits of the sacred breath method on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.
We will harness the Full moon energy with the beauty and power of the breath and each session will encompass:
✨20 minute introduction to breathwork and technique session
✨15 min opening circle with intention setting
✨45-60 minute practice of conscious connected breathwork
✨15 minute integration and deep rest savasana
✨15 minutes post processing time to drink herbal tea, journal your reflections

To register for the workshop complete & submit the Breathe into Balance Waiver Form2 for review

About your facilitator:
Jess Pavlin, Founder of Breathe into Balance is your empowerment partner in reawakening and illuminating your most authentic and unapologetic self so that you can reclaim your power and elevate your unique voice. As a Certified Sacred Breathwork Facilitator (400h), a Soul Purpose Coach and Restorative Yoga Teacher with a Holistic Nutritionist background she infuses the practices of breathwork, mindful-based stress reduction and mindful self-compassion to support you welcoming greater purpose, joy, creativity, and gratitude. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves getting outside to hike and camp in the mountains and at the ocean.
