In  one hour, dive deeply into the science and art of breathing. 

During our time together:

Discover how different breathing patterns can impact your stress levels, anxiety, sleep quality, focus, and physical endurance. 

Learn the mechanics of breathing, including how to effectively use your diaphragm, and explore the crucial role of CO2 in oxygen delivery throughout your body. 

Understand how external factors like environment and posture influence your breathing, and 

gain practical strategies to navigate these challenges seamlessly in your daily life. 

What you will gain:

Guided by Functional Breath Coach Facilitator, Louise Brans Fitzgibbon, 

Louise understands the search for relief from anxieties and performance enhancement. Her personal journey in adopting specific breathwork patterns empowers her to use breath for a more present daily experience. With diverse roles over two decades, including career counseling, mindfulness advocacy, and grief facilitation, Louise recognizes the importance of managing stress and responding compassionately to oneself. Learning how to adopt specific breathwork patterns has taught her how to use the power of breath to control how she experiences daily life with more presence.

Immersed in certification programs like Pause Breathwork, Peak Flow, Oxygen Advantage, and Buteyko, Louise combines her expertise with group facilitation skills. She offers actionable coaching programs and workshops to enhance self-awareness and stress response, catering to individuals seeking improved performance in various aspects of life.

Whether you’re an athlete, parent, executive, or student, Louise believes breathwork is for you.  She provides a client-centered, responsive, and respectful culture, guiding individuals toward better breathing with actionable plans tailored to achieve their goals. Louise strives to reach her full potential and assists others in finding theirs.
