Art is a form of self-expression of our inner world. With the instructor guidance you will explore the concept of oneness and how the bodies is a perfect microuniverse of the world around us. In this guided hands on workshop we will use clay to:

1. Create a piece that will allow us to reach our most important energy centre : our heart chakra.

2. Work on a series of small pieces that will allow us to connect with our fellow participants and their heart chakra.

3. You don't need to be an artist, just join and enjoy the experience.
