About the event

We are delighted to conmmemorate  the  kickoff of The Wellness Week in Downtown Oakville  with an uplifting  Herbalism and Mindfulness based workshop!

Join us on April 22nd, Earth Day, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM as we dive into the world of herbal medicine in our workshop, "An Herbal Approach to Easing Anxiety. "In our fast-paced, modern world, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling disconnected. However, amidst this chaos, nature offers us a gentle solution – herbal medicine.  During our time together, we'll uncover the deep connection between mindfulness and herbs, equipping you with practical tools to alleviate the weight of anxiety. In a world where mental well-being is often overlooked, we'll explore the intricate dance between the mind and body, revealing how herbs can open a door of connection to help you experience more peace.

Guided by Bridget Francis, an herbalist and passionate advocate for mental and emotional well-being, this workshop aims to illuminate a new approach to easing an anxious mind. Rooted in our innate need for connection: body, mind, and soul.   By the end of our time together, you'll not only gain insight into the healing properties of herbs but also develop a deeper understanding of your own mind and how to build a more caring relationship towards it. Join us on April 22nd for a transformative journey towards greater peace, joy, and fulfillment – here and now.
