Service Description

This 60-minute energy healing and meditation session is designed for emotional and energetic cleansing, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Open the energy channels to receive love, calmness, and balance. REIKI, it is used worldwide to alleviate pain, reduce stress, improve wellbeing, remove energetic blockages and foster spiritual growth.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for classes, so if you know you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenstudio.com or call 289-837-4566, 24 hours before your session. Otherwise full booking fee will be charged. All Meditation and Ayurveda sessions are final sale. Please check the service expiry date and re-schedule your session accordingly.
