Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully: By renting the Breathe Room, you agree to the following rental studio policies: Minimum Rental Time of the studio is 2 hours or 120 minutes A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and room for your event. 50% Payment is due upon receipt of invoice; via e-transfer to: zazen@zazenme.com. The outstanding balance is payable on the day of the event. In the event of cancellation you have a window of 7 days to inform the studio in advance. We understand that due to challenging circumstances it might not be possible, however missing the 7 days window notice will default to full payment of the event. Methods Of Payment: E-transfer to: zazen@zazenme.com. Valid instructor insurance coverage. A studio Waiver per guest is required to submit prior the event.
