Cancellation Policy
By renting the Breathe Room, you agree to the following rental studio policies: Minimum Rental of the studio is for 2 hours or 120 minutes A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and room for your event. 50% Payment is due upon receipt of invoice; via e-transfer to: zazen@zazenme.com. The outstanding balance is payable on the day of the event. In the event of cancellation you have a window of 48-hours to inform the studio in advance; otherwise full payment of the rental will apply. Methods Of Payment: E-transfer to: zazen@zazenme.com. You have your own instructor insurance coverage valid up to date A studio Waiver per guest is required to be submitted prior the event
