Also known as a sound bath, in this lie down meditation you listen up as a practitioner plays a variety of tibetan bowls and vibrational instruments and you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing.
Our sound healing sessions combine ancient practices with modern techniques to provide you with a truly therapeutic experience leaving you with a feeling of renewal and tranformation.
