PRIVATE MINFULNESS MEDITATION

Service Description

Practice the foundations of Mindfulness Meditation for stress release. In a four series - 60 minutes of meditation, we'll engage in mindfulness practices to relieve stress, build resilience, heighten well-being, and fortify creative problem-solving skills. Through breathwork, guided meditation, visualization, and vocalization practices, participants get to shift from stress-based thought and behavior patterns to a more peaceful, centered, responsive state of being.


Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments, if you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenstudio.com or leave a message at 289-837-4566. Otherwise full booking fee will be charged. All Ayurveda sessions are final sale. To re-schedule log in to your account and re-schedule your session 24 hours before the session stars.
