Service Description

This appointment is scheduled after your initial Ayurvedic Consultation to assess progress and integrate complementary practices such us Ayurvedic Yoga, Detox, Rejuvenation, Breathing and Mindfulness. Measure and implement lifestyle changes gradually.

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hours cancellation policy apply for all private coaching sessions, which are all one to one customized sessions. If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenme.com or leave a message at 1- 289-837-4566. Late cancelation fee of $50 applies for missing appointment. To re-schedule: please contact the studio by email or re-schedule your session online 48 hours before the due date.
