As a Certified Sacred Breathwork Facilitator (400h), a Soul Purpose Coach and Restorative Yoga Teacher with a Holistic Nutritionist background she infuses the practices of breathwork, mindful-based stress reduction and mindful self-compassion to support you welcoming greater purpose, joy, creativity, and gratitude. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves getting outside to hike and camp in the mountains and at the ocean.
